You leave an order request on the site and I come back to you. You can pay by bank transfer, or through a payment link I send you.

Not yet — there's no card payment on the site. If you'd rather pay by card, I send you a payment link and you pay from there.

Prices are in Turkish lira. The $ figure you see on the English pages is an approximate conversion; payment is taken in lira.

No. What you leave on the site is an order request. We move on to payment once I've come back to you and confirmed the bag and the total.

I'd suggest wiping it with a damp cloth. No machine washing, no wringing; let it dry flat, in the shade.

If you fill it with a soft cloth and store it upright when you're not using it, it holds its shape for longer.

Try to keep it away from water and wipe it with a dry cloth. Tucking a chain strap inside the bag stops it rubbing against the crochet.

Every bag is one of a kind and crocheted by hand, so it isn't quite like something off a shelf. Even so, if the bag that reaches you isn't what you expected, write to me — returns and exchanges are discussed case by case.

If you see a problem when you open the parcel, write to me straight away with a photo. We find a way through it together.

If the bag hasn't shipped yet, write to me and we swap it if I have a suitable piece here. If it's already shipped, write anyway and we'll look at it together.

Most of the time, yes. Tell me what you have in mind for the colour, the size and the handle, and I'll tell you plainly whether I can make it.

Not exactly the same one — two hand-crocheted pieces never come out identical. But I can make one very close to it.

I use your name, contact details and address only to prepare your order, to reach you and to hand the parcel to the courier. The only thing I share with the courier is the name, phone number and address the shipment needs.

No. I don't sell your details to anyone and I don't add you to a marketing list. If you want them removed from my records, write to me and I'll delete them.

No. There's no card payment on the site; the order reaches me as a request, and we settle the payment by bank transfer or with a payment link I send you.

Maya is the dog of the house and the workshop's supervisor. She sits by the yarn and is the first to see every finished bag. The drawings you meet around the site are her too.

Maya does wander around the table, but I check and clean every bag one by one before it's wrapped.
