About this bag
Brick-red raffia is worked densely enough to stand on its own, and the colour deepens in daylight. Twisted gold chains clip into grommets to form the shoulder straps, and a matching tassel with a small gold pendant hangs from the ring. Unclipped it is a plain crochet bag; clipped, it is ready for the evening.

Care
I'd wipe it with a damp cloth, never wring it, and let it dry in the shade. Keeping it out of the washing machine is what holds the stitch in shape. Stuffing it with a soft cloth between outings keeps it standing upright, and keeping it out of long direct sun keeps the colour where it started.
